Total rehab of the existing factory consisting of 10 separate buildings and combining into one parcel consisting of 116 apartments and 10 Commercial spaces.
Scope included framing, drywall, millwork, new electrical HVAC sprinkler and plumbing systems, painting, parking lots, masonry restoration
